This bride, from
the days of Matan Torah, symbolizes Israel's betrothal to Hashem. In the
brightness of the desert... under the chupa, her head is crowned with the
words 'Na'aseh Venishma' ("We will do... We will listen"). These word's
declare the bride's determination to guard her husband to follow in the
ways of righteousness.
According to The Crown of Creation, by Chana Weisberg, the final redemption and the coming of the Moshiach will materialize because of the righteous acts and the merit of the women in this generation. It is therefore, important that women, everywhere, use their skills, talents and knowledge to teach, guide, and support this generation to ways of Torah in order to hasten Moshiach's eminent arrival.
