| Shama Yisrael Adonai Eloheinu Adonai Echad. Jews, twice daily declare that G-d is One, a testament of their service and loyalty to the One Living G-d. In this declaration is the aspiration to love G-d with all of oneself, through all of one's possessions, and through all of one's actions. This commitment, so designed to turn each one's life into Holy acts, will ultimately elevate the life of the world, and is the prerequisite, or antecedent undertaking that will bring the new world order, the period of Moshiach. |
